Staff Service - Per Staff Member/Per Hour

Set up, table refreshing during service period, cleanup of plates/flatware from around service space, post-service break down and clean up including sweeping/mopping the 10' space directly surrounding the service area. 

2 staff minimum for all orders. 1 additional staff member for every 100 guests
