Cancellations & Refunds

Once placed, deposits are 100% refundable for the first 48 hours, or 72 hours prior to your desired delivery date and time, whichever comes first. Cancellations within 72 hours may not be refundable if food and goods have already been purchased. Returns of delivered goods are not accepted. If there is a problem with your board, or you were unhappy with our services, you may request a refund by reaching out to contact@tulsacharcuterieco.com
